This is the PSX minimum (floor) commission that every broker must charge at least: 3 paisa per share or 0.15% of trade value, whichever is higher. It is not Topline's own rate. PSX lets brokers charge anywhere from this minimum up to 2.5% of trade value, and Topline does not publish the rate it actually charges, so ask Topline before you trade. Topline reprints this floor on page 16 of its individual account opening form (the Sahulat form has the same table, headed 'Minimum Commission Structure'). Sindh Sales Tax (SST) and ADC of 15% are charged on the brokerage fee. NCCPL UIN maintenance, CGT, LAGA, SECP and NCSS charges are passed on at actual cost.
